Marine Paint Makeover
Last year I found the perfect coastal blue paint for my front door. In the local marine supply store! The new fiberglass front door we installed is the same material as our small Boston Whaler. So after painting the underside of the boat I dove in and painted the door with Pettit Easypoxy High Gloss Topside Marine Paint in Ocean Blue.
The marine paint isn’t cheap but the brilliant shine and super durable finish were worth it. The paint went on smooth due to the addition of silicone. After painting the boat and the front door, there was enough paint left over to paint the shed door to match! The hand painted sign points to the two nearby beaches in opposite directions.
